Home Alliance is my answer: a company built to fix the experience, not just the appliances.

From Technician to Founder

How an immigrant on the front lines of home repairs built a nationwide home services platform.

I didn’t start as a CEO. I started as a technician.

When I came to the United States from Uzbekistan in 2003, I had no network, limited English, and almost no money. To survive, I took whatever work I could find — painting, plumbing, electrical jobs, remodeling, HVAC, and appliance repair. Day after day, I was inside customers’ homes, seeing firsthand how the home services industry really worked.

I noticed the same problems everywhere: poor communication, undertrained technicians, no respect for customers, and companies that cared more about quick profit than long‑term trust. I knew there had to be a better way.

So I took a risk. I bought an old van, started my own “on‑wheels” repair service, and focused on three simple things: show up on time, do great work, and treat people with respect. That small decision — to stop being part of the problem and become part of the solution — was the first step toward what would one day become Home Alliance.
